INSIDER INFO

Northern France, once the home of Monet, is we’ll known for its striking coastlines and jagged cliffs, cobbled streets and cider pubs. The land of Celtic bloodlines, here you’ll find faerie tales mixed with ancient prehistoric history.

The Carnac stones in the village of Carnac in Brittany are a dense collection of megalithis sites, with more than 3,000 prehistoric stones erected by the Celtic people. Not far from Brittany, you’ll find La Roche-aux-Fees, or the rock of faeries. Local lovers are known to get married at the stones at twilight, according to ancient folklore.
