Put your yacht to work
Charter management is the commercial side of owning a yacht. We take your yacht to the charter market as her central agent, market her to more than 4,000 brokers and to our own clients, field every enquiry, and run the calendar, contracts and accounts so the season pays for itself. It is not yacht management, which runs the boat herself. Many owners take both.
What a central agent does
In charter, the central agent (CA) is the one firm that represents a yacht. Every retail broker in the world who has a client for her sends the enquiry to us. One calendar, one rate card, one contract standard, one team accountable to you.
Not the same as yacht management
Yacht management runs the boat: crew, class and flag, maintenance, insurance and berthing. Charter management fills her calendar. You can take either on its own. How we manage a yacht
Every enquiry comes to one desk
Retail brokers worldwide send their clients' enquiries to us. We answer within the hour, hold options, and never double-sell a week.
A season plan, agreed with you
Target income, the weeks you keep for yourself, where she should be and when. Pricing by season and itinerary to protect the yacht's positioning, not just fill dates.
The bookings, handled
Negotiation, charter agreement, APA, payments, crew gratuities and the preference sheet. You are informed at every step and in control of every yes.
Owner's terms
We charter our own yachts under the same contracts and the same APA rules we ask of yours. If it is not good enough for us, we do not ask it of you.
The network your yacht joins
Ahoy Club was founded in 2018 by the Malouf family, lifelong yacht owners and charterers who have owned and operated 15 yachts themselves. Every decision on your yacht is made with an owner's eye for asset protection, performance and long-term value.

How we market a yacht
No cookie-cutter listing. Each yacht gets a strategy built on her own data, her standout features and the owner's definition of a good season, then a marketing team that does the work itself.
Tailored, data-led marketing
Every yacht gets a strategy built on insights and performance data, then adjusted as the enquiries come in.
Owner-focused planning
We align with each owner's goals and definition of success before the first campaign runs.
A story worth telling
Our team defines and elevates the yacht's standout features so brokers and clients remember her, not a spec sheet.
Bespoke partnerships
Each boat is assessed individually for the brand, event and destination partnerships that suit her.
End-to-end delivery
Content, campaigns, broker relations and reporting are done in-house, so nothing waits on a third party.
Measured and reported
Enquiries, conversion and income against the plan, in your monthly owner's report.

On ahoyclub.com
Her own page, with the rate on it
Specifications, gallery, crew, itineraries and a published weekly rate. Ahoy Club is one of the few brokerages that shows the price, and it is why comparisons end here.
Home page placement
The home page carries a featured rail and the show band. Yachts in the programme rotate through both.
Boat show pages
When she attends a show, she appears on that show's page with her berth, and brokers can download her brochure from the site.
See how the fleet is presented: Yachts for charter
Front of mind with 4,000 brokers
Most charters are sold by a retail broker somewhere else in the world. We keep your yacht in front of them every week: a broker newsletter, WhatsApp broadcasts, white-label brochures they can rebrand for their own clients, listings on the broker platforms they search, and the boat shows and onboard events where they meet the crew and see the yacht for themselves. Memberships with Yachtfolio, Ankor and ECPY keep her in the industry's own databases.
Partnerships and events
Collaborations with globally recognised brands, McLaren and Bonds Flying Roos among them, place our yachts inside premium events, private activations and curated experiences. Our partnership with Ray White Marine, Australia and New Zealand's largest boat dealer, and with the Ferretti Group as its distributor here, gives your yacht a sales and charter audience at once. Owners in the programme are our guests at Ahoy Club and partner events through the season.

Owners ask
What is a central agent in yacht charter?
The central agent (CA) is the single brokerage that represents a yacht for charter. Retail brokers around the world who have a client for her send the enquiry to the central agent, who holds the calendar, sets the rate card, issues the contract and accounts to the owner. Ahoy Club is central agent for every yacht in its charter management programme.
Is charter management the same as yacht management?
No. Yacht management runs the boat: crew, flag and class compliance, maintenance, insurance and berthing. Charter management fills her calendar: marketing, broker relations, enquiries, contracts, APA and payments. Ahoy Club offers both, and an owner can take either on its own.
Who pays the broker when my yacht is chartered?
Commission is paid out of the charter fee, so the guest is quoted one price and the owner receives the fee less commission. When a retail broker introduces the guest, the commission is shared between the retail broker and the central agent. Your agreement with us sets out the rates before the yacht is listed.
How much can a yacht earn in charter?
It depends on the yacht, her cruising grounds, the weeks she is available and how she is marketed. We do not quote a number before we have seen the yacht. We agree a season plan and a target with you, then report income against it each month.
Talk to us about your yacht's season
Tell us the yacht, where she lies and what a good year looks like to you. We will come back with a plan, a target and the weeks we would hold for you.
