CORAL OCEAN
73m Lürssen. A €35M rebuild in 2022: sun deck rebuilt, interiors transformed, guest spaces redesigned. Refit again in 2026.

54m Baglietto, the family's own yacht. Full refit in 2024 while she kept her charter season.

How we run a refit
Scope before yard
Survey, owner's brief and a costed scope first, so the yard quotes the same job we are asking for.
Our project manager on site
Weekly reports with photos and spend against budget. Changes are agreed in writing before they happen.
Back to work on time
Sea trials, crew handover and the charter calendar planned around the redelivery date, not after it.
