About Genoa International Boat Show
Italy's national show — the Salone Nautico — is the industry's home fixture for the Italian shipyards, from production boats through to superyacht flagships, on a purpose-built Genoa waterfront.
Genoa is the Italian industry on home water. Where Cannes shows the yards' international faces, the Salone Nautico shows their depth: the full model ranges, the smaller series that never travel, and the first quiet conversations about next year's launches. For anyone considering an Italian build — Sanlorenzo, the Azimut-Benetti group, Ferretti's brands, the custom houses — this is the most complete room of the year.
It is also a working show: less red carpet than the Riviera, more engineers and product managers on the stands, which makes it the right place for specification talk.
