As a 2022 build, Nera Excellence utilizes the latest in marine engineering. A common complaint on older motor sailers is engine noise and vibration; Nera Excellence was built with advanced acoustic insulation, ensuring that even when the Scania engines are running, the guest experience remains serene. Nera Excellence has recently distinguished itself as a culinary powerhouse on the Adriatic and the most compelling reason to choose Nera Excellence right now is its reputation for dining. Nera Excellence was recently recognized with a Magellan Award (specifically the Gold Award for Best Cuisine at Sea in its category). -The Culinary Team: The yacht employs five high-level rotating chefs who specialize in "Mediterranean Fusion"—blending traditional Croatian recipes (black risotto, Dalmatian peka) with modern techniques found in Michelin-starred kitchens. -The Dining Experience: Unlike the buffet-style dining sometimes found on larger mini-cruisers, Nera Excellence emphasizes table service even for its maximum capacity of 36 guests. - Freshness & Sourcing: The crew utilizes local "farm-to-yacht" sourcing, meaning your seafood is often caught that morning and your olive oil comes from small groves on the islands of Brač or Hvar. EXCELLENCE NERA is (very near) brand new and presented in the same immaculate condition as they day she was delivered to her owners. With a week onboard a beautiful floating palace for less than the price (per person) of an on-shore hotel, people have already done the sums and spotted the incredible value for large groups! Managed by a family from Murter Island, they have over 50 years of experience with yachting tourism on the Adriatic Sea. The family are known for their personable service, high standards of quality and great care for their guests. At the same time, they developed many great friendships with local winemakers, artisans and cheesemakers - all of which are experienced throughout your time onboard. Nera comes highly recommended, a wonderful time onboard guaranteed.
