Steph, a seasoned EA with a background in banking and finance, balances her love of organising those around her with the joys of parenthood for her two young children. She started her career in the mining industry of Perth spending several years in Africa and travelling the middle east and Mongolia and loved any opportunity to boat along her travels.

What started your yachting journey?
With a beautiful coastline in Perth and then the opportunity to go on a Super Yacht between St Tropez to Nice began a love of Yachting in her early 20’s and it hasn't slowed down.
Being able to use her recreational boating ticket to be able to help out with the team is one of the best experiences she has working for Ray White and loves the sense of adventure the whole team has.
