Being a significant attribute of well-off life, luxury superyachts can often be spotted as classy background on the photos of the world’s most renowned celebrities. Many of them are long-time yachting enthusiasts with their own vessels, while some of them prefer to charter posh yachts to take their friends and family members on holiday trips. To make you more familiar with the celebrities charter style, Ahoy Club takes a flashback on some charter holidays undertaken by the famous ones in recent time.

This giga yacht is regarded one of the most expensive yachts for charter with the price starting from € 1,200,000 per week, while the vessel’s estimated price makes $ 200,000,000. Owned by Pakistani-American billionaire Shadid Khan yacht offers accommodation to up to 12 guests within 8 cabins and is facilitated with a large swimming pool and Jacuzzi area, spas zone, movie theatre, an outdoor fireplace and winter garden deck space.

Cristiano Ronaldo, a living legend of the football world and one of the highest-paid athletes ever, was spending his summer holidays with family aboard a 47-metre Benetti superyacht Africa in the French Riviera this year. Built to an aluminium hull and aluminium superstructure, Africa features exteriors by Stefano Natucci and interiors by Francois Zuretti. She can accommodate up to 12 guests across 6 cabins, including a master suite, four doubles and a twin cabin. As to the amenities on-board, Africa is fitted with a spacious Jacuzzi on the sun deck and a fully-equipped gym.

The youngest self-made billionaire ever Kylie Jenner picked 91.5-metre Oceanco charter superyacht Tranquility to celebrate her 22nd birthday off the coast of Italy this summer. With stunning exteriors by Oceanco’s in-house team and interiors by Winch Design, the yacht can accommodate up to 26 guests on-board, along with 28 crew members. Tranquility is also trademarked with extensive spa area on the lower deck, plunge pools and customised interior. The yacht has been made available for charter in the Western Mediterranean in summer, and in Caribbean Sea in winter, all from from €1,100,000 per week.

Jennifer Lopez took a romantic Italian trip with her boyfriend, baseball star Alex Rodriguez, last summer and shared some holiday shots with her Instagram followers.

The couple was reported to enjoy several yachts during their voyage, including a 51-metre Regina d’Italia owned by Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, a 56.4-metre Sirona III owned by US billionaire and NBA’s Miami Heat’s owner Micky Arison, and a 49.98-metre superyacht Trending, that costs € 210,000 per week.

Celebrity couple Victoria and David Beckham were spotted in a company of a legendary musician Elton John with his spouse David Furnish on board of luxury yacht during their holidays in the South of France. The Beckhams were traveling with their four children and spent a day with Elton John and David Furnish on a Riva yacht. They reportedly joined the vessel in Cannes and cruised together to the Île Sainte-Marguerite island for lunch.

The couple supposedly explores Capri coastline, heading further to popular yachting spots Positano and Portofino. Brand new 33-metre Riva 110 Dolcevita that had debuted at the Yacht Club de Monaco on the occasion of the Grand Prix Historique in May 2018, was listed among other vessels employed by the couple during their voyage.
